Sea Notes is a peaceful retreat, made for slowing down. It's a wonderful fit for couples after a quiet escape, small groups of friends, or families on a seaside holiday.

Relax and (re)connect with nature, each other, and your Self. Find space to savour still moments. Escape the heat of the day with a holiday read on a deep sofa, take a breezy afternoon nap in the hammock or wash your cares away in the freestanding bathtub.

Outside, a fully-stocked Castle & Cubby barn, an extra-large Springfree trampoline, and lawn games for long summer afternoons. Inside, the bunk room has its own climbing wall, bean bags, and drawers of games to discover.

  • Please note;

    • Stairs – supervision of younger children is required on the stairs, there is one lockable Dutch door at the base of the stairs only.

    • Outdoors – a little supervision goes a long way around the trampoline, hammock, and love seat. They're all yours to enjoy, at your own risk.

    • Inside the home, a Minut device monitors noise levels and alerts us if things run too high — it doesn't record audio, video, or any personal data. Outside, an exterior Ring doorbell camera covers the front porch and entrance path.

  • Comfort for Everyone

    • Sea Notes shares a wall and a double driveway with our sister property next door — mirror-image beach houses, each with its own entrance on opposite sides for privacy. Sea Notes has its own fully fenced front and back garden for your exclusive use.

    • Quiet hours run from 9pm to 9am — a small thing that makes a big difference to our neighbours, and to the peaceful feel of the stay.

    • We keep the guest list to those who've booked, and we ask that any gathering stay within that number — Sea Notes isn't intended for events, parties, or celebrations, and we're not the right fit for those.

The perfect stay for two, although equally enjoyable if you are 'a few'. Sea Notes offers three bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom One has a king, Bedroom Two pairs a queen with a single bunk above, and Bedroom Three offers a double. Spread over two levels, with living and entertaining downstairs, the house accommodates up to seven guests.

Sea Notes Pet Package

For dog lovers, your well-behaved furry friend is welcome. You can have it both ways at Sea Notes Yamba – a pet-welcoming and luxury stay. The entire property is fully fenced — front and back — with a self-closing Magna latch gate, so you can relax knowing they're safe while having plenty of room to roam between both gardens. Easy access to the off-leash section of Pippi Beach (South end) is just across the road.

Included with every pet stay;

  • Gourmet welcome treat & gift

  • Indoor and outdoor beds

  • Food & water bowls

  • Koala Eco Dog Shampoo & dog towels for off-the-beach rinses

  • Hot and cold outdoor shower and garden hose for sandy paws

  • An additional $50 per night applies to pet stays — to accommodate your dog comfortably and reset the beach house to the same standard for our next guests.
